*Delegate bills submitted or altered after October 25th will not be printed by PMC; therefore, the delegate must bring 20 copies to the conference.
The registration fee for the 2017 conference is $130 per delegate, payable by check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to Princeton Model Congress. The conference fee is due in full by October 11.

The conference will be held at the Omni Shoreham in Washington, DC. Rooms will be available at these special Princeton Model Congress rates until October 13 (rates already include a 14.8% DC hotel tax):
- Quad Room $268.63 per night
- Triple Room $268.63 per night
- Double Room $268.63 per night
- Single Room $268.63 per night
Schools with DC Tax Exempt status can submit proof of status to the hotel to receive a rate of $234 a night. Full pre-payment of rooms is required. Schools will need to send a check/credit card within a week of receiving the rooming list or they must provide a credit card to guarantee the rooms. If rooms are guaranteed, a check for the full amount must be brought to the hotel upon arrival. If a check is not given, rooms will be charged to the credit card on file.

PMC has greatly expanded its financial aid program this year and will offer individual grants of $200 for each student to offset hotel costs. The deadline for students to apply for financial aid is October 25 and the application can be found on the website.
Special Programs applications for President, the Cabinet, and the Supreme Court are posted on our website. Students applying to special programs must also write and submit a committee bill by the October 25 deadline. The deadline to apply for Special Programs is October 25.
