PMC 2019 will take place from Thursday, November 21 to Sunday, November 24. Delegation check-in will take place from 1 to 6 PM on Thursday, November 21. Students will spend most of their time in committee, with Saturday afternoon and evening reserved for exploring Washington, DC. While the conference follows a schedule similar to the one outlined below, the final schedule may have small changes that will be reflected here and on paper copies for the duration of the conference.


1pm – 6pm: Conference Check-in*, Terrace Foyer & Hotel Check-in, Lobby Front Desk
6pm – 8pm: Opening Ceremonies (Joint Session of Congress), International Ballroom Center
8pm – 11pm: First Committee Session
11:30pm: Curfew

*During PMC check-in, advisors will use personal authentication codes to log in to an app where they will confirm delegation size, correct delegate names if misspelled or to change delegates, and confirm emergency contact form submission for all delegates. Then, PMC will confirm that each delegate’s bill has been submitted to enable editing via Microsoft Word or Google Docs. NOTE: As of 2019, PMC will NOT make name changes on bills, placards, or name tags after Check-in is complete. Additionally, PMC will NOT print bills that cannot be edited (i.e., no JPEGs or PNG screenshots of bills) after Check-in is complete.
